If your experience with RaskRask does not meet your expectations, you have the opportunity to use our Satisfaction guarantee. The purpose is to ensure a good and professional experience for you - every time.

Massage, Training, and Yoga

If your experience does not meet your expectations, we ask you to contact us. If the experience is covered by the quality guarantee, you will receive a gift card corresponding to the price of your service.

  • The quality guarantee applies to both private and corporate customers.
  • It is only possible to use the quality guarantee once per customer.

Applies to individual experiences

The quality guarantee only applies to individual experiences. Therefore, we do not refund the entire clip card or course. We cannot guarantee that your health service will solve your challenges or meet your goals. If you have had tensions or pains for a long time, it often requires multiple massage treatments. Similarly, it often requires a longer training course to achieve the desired result. Therefore, the quality guarantee does not cover missing results, as it often requires a course and a combination of several things.
