I am educated as a certified exercise science specialist from New York as well as a medically examined sportsmassage therapist here in Denmark. My goal as a massage therapist is to combine massage and simple, yet effective exercise to help the body and mind return to a healthy and comfortable state. With 10 years of experience training professional athletes, spa massaging and sports massaging individuals with all body types, I understand the positive impact that movement, rest and relaxation have on our bodies.
