Congrats! You are now past your first class with me :-)

I teach a flow-like yoga called StrĂĄla. It is an organic, natural movement type of Yoga that is fantastic for all ages and experience. It is a type of yoga that combines natural movement, breath-body connection and tai chi practices. I also practice Yin, and a slower forms of relaxing yoga.

When practicing together we focus on what it feels like, rather than what it looks like. Finding your own unique alignment in the body. One of the definition of Yoga is union - and in my practice we emphasize on uniting the body and breath, allowing it to work naturally. What is unique about this way of movement is it helps you not only feel better, but move better when you are outside of the mat. It is a beautiful therapy for the whole body.

When working individually we can make a plan just for your needs.
I will guide you into places in your body, and allow you to discover that great calmness.
