Please note that the insurance does not cover spinal manipulation. Therefore, therapists are not allowed to perform spinal manipulation as part of any treatment under the RaskRask framework.
An appointment can be cancelled by the customer up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged. If a cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the appointment, a fee of 100% will be charged.

4. If the recipient has a mental disability, a guardian must be present during the session.
5. If the treatment has not been prepaid and the recipient is unable to handle payment, a guardian must be present to complete the transaction.
If these conditions are not met, the therapist reserves the right to decline the treatment and charge the full amount.
